Justin Coble has a passion for user driven design and creating innovation that drives business growth. He currently is the Americas Innovation Design Leader within IBM’s Client Engineering organization where he leads designers within technology sales to co-create with clients and rethink complex user, business and technology challenges and develop holistic people driven solutions that drive business impact.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Justin has had the opportunity to be part of leading and building award-winning design organizations that bring highly successful products and strategies to some of the world’s largest organizations.

Before IBM, Justin held positions at Guardian Life, Newell Brands, PepsiCo, and Mars Chocolate where he led experience design practices focusing on consumer behaviors, traditions and actions that led to many successful products and business strategies. Throughout his career, he has worked in financial services, cosmetics, industrial products, food design, consulting, and CPG—designing everything from digital experiences to chocolate molds.
