Sam Gwilt

Sam is an industrial designer with work spanning an eclectic range of industries; from gallery installations with Paul Cocksedge Studio, to 3D printed table lights for Gantri. He’s worked with clients such as Braun and Nestle Skin Health, and now works at the design consultancy LAYER. He also runs an Instagram and YouTube channel, sam_does_design, where he shares industry tips with the design community and partners with global brands to showcase or assist with their design processes. From strategic concept generation to visuals for press release, Sam specialises in being a generalist throughout the entire design process.

The emcees will open and close each content track during IDC. They will help navigate the transitions between speakers, communicate general housekeeping notes, and provide 'on the fly' commentary for the audience.

Emcees help guide the audience through the event and are a key part of the audience experience.
